Under Mr. Owen’s leadership, OGH has directed and/or participated (consulted) in acquiring assets in US and national markets through private equity, capital markets, corporate capital funds, domestic financial institutions, private investment structuring, joint ventures, and singular holding for commercial and investment projects. Real estate developments include retail, commercial, investment and medical offices with experience leasing commercial space concentrating in the areas of office/medical, retail, and industrial. Prior to establishing OGH, Mr. Owen was employed by Danaher, a Fortune 500 company involved in environmental, industrial, and medical technology services. Mr. Owen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Tarleton State University and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker

Mr. Elizardo is a licensed Texas realtor, having acquired extensive experience in the acquisition and development of multi-family and commercial properties. Over the past fifteen years, he has focused his efforts on commercial development, as well as the acquisition and disposition of Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Elizardo has represented many commercial projects and property owners and serves as a principal point of contact for development projects. Prior to joining the OGH family of companies, Mr. Elizardo was an agent with Century 21 Evans in Flower Mound, Texas and a manager with RR Donnelly & Sons

Benjamin Muchoki has worked in the real estate industry for more than a decade and acquired a body of knowledge and experience in the areas of development, finance and marketing. Mr. Muchoki embarked on a career in real estate when he founded a real estate development company charged with the mission of redeveloping late 19th century and early 20th century commercial, industrial and warehouse buildings in the city of St. Louis, Missouri and converting them to residential lofts. He was intimately involved in all aspects of the development process, ranging from the raising of private equity to fund the project, design, construction management and marketing of the properties. Mr. Muchoki had pursued an undergraduate study in business at Principia College in Illinois.

Prior to joining OGH, Courtney Moore had a successful career in the financial industry for almost 10 years. Ms. Moore cultivated and managed strong relationships with clients and external partners by offering customized strategies to accomplish specific financial goals through lending, investing, and wealth management preservation planning. Her experience of acquiring high net worth client relationships has shown proven success reflected by the growth in the capital markets department.

A Texas native, Ms. Marlow graduated from the University of Houston with a BA in English, followed by her JD from the University of Houston Law Center. Ms. Marlow worked as a deceptive trade practices associate before moving to Charleston, South Carolina, where she worked for a national home builder. After gaining construction and design experience, Ms. Marlow moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, obtained her real estate broker license, and successfully grew and managed the real estate sales and property management division of a HOA management company. Kathy’s 15 years of experience in the real estate industry includes sales, leasing, property management, and development of both residential & commercial real estate.

Mr. Vandagriff is the holder of a mortgage broker license [NLMS # 278923] issued by the Texas Department of Savings & Loan. He has been involved in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate finance since 2004. Following his undergraduate studies at Tarleton State University, Mr. Vandagriff attended the Leonard Hawes Real Estate School at Texas Tech University and earned an advanced professional certification in finance.

Bethany Williams is a dedicated M&A business developer with over 20 years’ experience leading business growth efforts for organizations. She has served in key leadership roles for some of the nation’s leading companies; PWC, Perot Systems AND General Electric. She holds a real estate license for commercial real estate in Texas at OGH Real Estate Brokerage. Williams graduated from National University in San Diego, California, with a BBA in healthcare administration. She serves on the Board of Directors for Blueprint Networx and was named one of the top 25 Women to Watch by the Dallas Business Journal in 2010. Named of the Top 100 Branding Experts to Follow on Twitter several years running, she speaks at conferences around the world on business growth and brand development.

After a successful career in professional major league baseball as a player and then as a sports agent, Mr. Smart commenced working with OGH as an advisor in real estate and capital investment. By reason of his representation of highly paid professional athletes, he has acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience in formulating and managing investment strategies as well as in analyzing various types of equity investments and private placement opportunities.

Josh is the managing partner and CEO of Phillips Golden-LLP and head of its real estate section. Josh’s practice centers on advising and counseling real estate entrepreneurs, investors, and businesses through all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions & dispositions, development, leasing (retail, office, industrial, and ground leases, build to suit and telecommunications), purchase and sale agreements, private development agreements, construction contracts, management agreements and related due diligence matters. A significant portion of his time is devoted to representation of developer equity investors in the formation of pass-through entities (e.g., LLCs, limited partnerships and joint ventures) and as borrower’s counsel in interim, permanent, and construction financing secured by real estate.

Andrew joined OGH in March 2024 as a business development consultant with a diverse background in sales and customer relations. Andrew currently drives growth and builds client partnerships within the Property Maintenance and Management divisions. Prior to joining OGH, Andrew worked in sales within the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) industry, where he honed his skills in problem-solving and solution-based selling. This foundation was further solidified with a successful tenure in telecommunications sales.
